Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using ScheduleInsight (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. The Service

ScheduleInsight analyses Primavera P6 schedules to produce quality metrics, comparisons and reports. Viewing a single schedule — the interactive Gantt, the 14 metrics, and the live Schedule Quality Index — is free. Generating a downloadable report is a paid action, priced per the pricing page, available as a one-time purchase or under a subscription plan.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

4. Payments

Pay-per-report purchases are one-time charges that unlock a single report deliverable.
Subscriptions (Monthly, Professional) renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the current billing period.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Except where required by law, fees for completed analyses are non-refundable. If something goes wrong on our side, contact us and we will make it right.

5. Your content

You retain all rights to the schedule files you upload and the reports generated from them. You grant us a limited licence to process and store that content solely to provide the Service to you (including serving any share links you create). See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to breach security, access other users' data, upload unlawful content, or interfere with normal operation.

7. Intellectual property & restrictions

The Service — including its software, source code, user interface, design, the Schedule Quality Index methodology and scoring logic, and all related materials (the "ScheduleInsight Materials") — is owned by ScheduleInsight and protected by copyright and other laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service as intended through our website. No other rights are granted.

You must not, and must not permit any third party to:

Copy, reproduce, host, or redistribute the ScheduleInsight Materials, in whole or in part, including saving, scraping, or re-serving the application's pages, scripts, or assets;
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, deobfuscate, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, or methodology, except to the limited extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
Create derivative works from, or build a competing or substantially similar product using, the ScheduleInsight Materials;
Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, watermark, or proprietary notice.

Each delivered copy of the application may carry an identifier tied to your account for the purpose of detecting and tracing unauthorised copying. The ScheduleInsight name and logo are trademarks of ScheduleInsight and may not be used without written permission. We reserve all rights not expressly granted, and will enforce these rights, including via takedown notices and legal action.

8. Professional disclaimer

ScheduleInsight is an analysis and review tool. Its outputs — including the Schedule Quality Index, DCMA-aligned checks, comparisons and narratives — are derived from the data contained in the files you provide. They do not constitute a formal compliance certification, legal opinion, or professional engineering/claims advice. You are responsible for verifying outputs against your source systems before relying on them for project, contractual or commercial decisions.

9. Availability and warranties

We work to keep the Service reliable but provide it "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScheduleInsight will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from decisions made in reliance on the Service's outputs. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves; the "last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
